Judgement For the one That Lost Control

Sinato awaited for the Hokage to return. Hopefully she'll listen to his side of the story, since it seems everything, the explosion the left a hole under the Third Hokage's face, The death of his sensei, the disappearance of his comrade, Zashiro, then deaths of Mikasa and Ruroji, all was being blamed on him. He heard some guards mention how he should be put to death and that a thing like him doesn't deserve to live another moment. A few even came into his cell and began beating him up. Now he just waits there, emotionless and lonely, waiting for the Hokage to return. He knows that she treated him like one of her own, but he also knew that as part of her duty as Hokage that he'll have to pay for his crime also.

From in front of Sinato, a figure of a wooden person rose from the ground along with two others. As they came into full humanoid form, they were revealed to be the Hokage and two Anbu members. Although, all three were mere clones carrying out the real duties of these ninja. The clone of Nana, who was standing in the center of the trio, said, "Hey, I heard that you were arrested. Can you tell me what happened?" She was obviously very worried as she spoke, and she wanted to be that way. Sinato was her friend that did his best to make things right. And this was yet another chance for him to redeem himself for whatever may have happened.

Sinato was glad to see her again. But soon his happy expression disappeared as he began to explain what had happened. "The mission was going well at the beginning, but soon after we split up Mikasa and i encountered a puppet master. After a bit of clashing Mikasa's dog, Ruroji, was mortally wounded, leaving Mikasa to break down emotionally. I-i continued on without her, know she'd be safe on her own. I arrived at the main room of the evacuation shelter, only to see multiple crates filled with paper bombs. Eren Wakizashi was standing in the middle of the crates, staring at me. At first i didn't know what was up with him until he tried to step forward and fell down, showing a kunai that was in his back. He died in my arms later on. Soon afterwards when he died a man stepped out from behind a few crates and began explaining how Zashiro saw us sealing the tailed beasts within ourselves and that he- he..." Sinato went silent for a few moments before continuing on. "Anyways, the Rouge Ninja wanted to take my eyes and then find a way to take the tailed beast from within me. After us clashing for a while the Two-Tails took advantage of my situation and took control of me, causing me to shoot a fireball. The fire ignited the paper bombs and caused a hole to be made, which was the reason why the leaf shinobi arrived. After it did that the Two Tails kept giving me more power until i began to transform. Claws appeared on my hands, which i used to kill the rouge ninja. Right then i couldn't control my movements, which is why after Mikasa arrived i-i.." Sinato couldn't finish his sentence before he began bowing to Nana. "I'm sorry, i failed you and my village! I'm sorry, sorry, sorry!" He yelled, tears were streaming down his face as he felt the glares from the guards upon him.

Nana dismissed the guards after listening to the harsh story, and they left hesitantly. Now that they were pretty much alone, Nana knelt down and placed a hand on Sinato's head, ruffling his hair a little. She understood his reasons, but unfortunately punishment must take place. "Here is the deal, you will be released from prison, but you won't be getting off that easy. Because of this, you will have to be supervised by either two Jounin or myself during missions. While you are in the village, you will be free from that but make sure you have yourself under control. You'll have to train very hard once you are free, so then we can never have something like this happen ever again." After dealing out the consequences, she pulled Sinato into a hug as he cried. "Don't worry, everything will be alright."

Sinato heard some footsteps, along with feeling a hand ruffle his hair. Then he heard her tell him his punishment. He didn't say anything in response to what she said, but silently, Sinato agreed. Until he can control the Two-Tails, he'll need to be escorted by two jounin. Although this means he'll be kept under close watch when on a mission. Soon afterwards he felt her pull him into a hug, he accepted it and continued weeping. About 8 minutes later he stood up and looked at the still kneeling hokage, rubbing his arm against his eyes to wipe away the tears. "I think it's time we leave this place. I'll bury sensei and Mikasa and Ruroji if i have your permission to do so."

Nana stood up and nodded to Sinato. "I'll let you get to it. I shall be back momentarily from my mission, so we can talk more when I get back. And how about we do that over some Ichiraku ramen?" She smiled brightly and brushed a few strands of hair out of her face. "We need you feeling better. This village won't be able to run as good if you aren't feeling good about anything."

"Sounds good to me, although i think the village can function fine without me. It's Eren and Mikasa that they can't function without. On the way here i heard about the Inuzuka Clan being in an outrage about what happened." He said as she smiled at him. He smiled in response to her. "Anyways, i hope you have a safe mission. And thanks for then punishment, now i know that i need it."

"I'll be sure to speak to them about this soon enough. And you are a very important part of this village, we need everyone to be able to work as hard as you," she told him, and then the clone jutsu began to wear off. "Before I return and after you are finished with what you need to do, get some rest." With that, the clone faded back into the ground as as fast as it had arrived.

"Yes ma'am" He said as he watched the clone fade back into the ground. Sinato then pushed open the cell door, revealing that the guards forgot to lock the thing the entire time. He walked out and left the prison to recover the bodies of his comrades.
