Each Faction can only hold up to two Bijuu, and every Jinchuuriki can only be one of ONE Bijuu.
The Juubi (Ten-Tails) can only be summoned in a bigger Arc.
Shukaku (守鶴, Shukaku), more commonly known as the One-Tail (一尾, Ichibi), is one of the nine tailed beasts.

It takes 100 sc to fully master the abilities of the Tailed Beasts. Partial transformations only require 50 sc. You must have had one of them sealed into you before trying to utilize their abilities.
